                ....From the Ritual Committee

    In order to maintain the respect and dignity of Sabbath, Festival, and High Holy Day services, we would like to remind worshippers to please dress appropriately when they are called to the Bimah for an honor or Simcha blessing-women's clothing should not be overly revealing, abbreviated or informal, men should be wearing a tie and jacket. 

    As an egalitarian Congregation, we encourage both men and women to wear ritual attire when on the Bimah:  Head coverings and Tallit during daytime worship services.

    We wish to remind our congregants that there is no assigned seating for any Service at Temple Emanu-El, so please do not save seats for friends or relatives.  Our ushers will adhere to this policy.
